Warrant Buffet says;
• Rising Market:
- people are RELATIVE MINDED.
- their action are full of GREED.
• Falling Market:
- people became ABSOLUTE MINDED.
- their action are full of FEAR.
As the saying goes:
There’re no short cut in investment. Acknowledge the A.B.C method towards profitable managed fund investment.
A – Asset allocation (investing in multiple funds or asset class) – to minimize investment risk.
B – Balancing/rebalancing of portfolio to cater fluctuation in the market. When to switch to bond or money market and when to come back to equity – maximize potential return of investment (ROI).
C – Cost averaging. Do top up investment or regular investment when there’s opportunity in the market. We’ll recover faster and make better ROI when the market swing upwards. It’s advisable to stay invested for a period of 3 years and above.
